Open Outlook 2003. |

Select "Email Accounts" from the "Tools" menu. |

Click Next.

Click POP3. Click Next. |

Enter your name as you would like it to appear when sending email.
Enter your email address.
Enter your incoming & outgoing mail servers, usually the same.
Enter your account username. This is the same as your email address, but with a % instead of an @.
Enter the password that was assigned to your account.
Make sure "Remember password" is checked.
Click "More Settings". |

Click the "Outgoing Server" tab. |

Check the box labeled "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication".
Click the option labeled "Log on using".
Enter your account username. This is the same as your email address, but with a % instead of an @.
Enter the password that was assigned to your account.
Make sure "Remember password" is checked.
Check the box labeled "Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) "
Click OK. Click Next. Click Finish. |

All done. Your new email account is setup.
Tips to Get Started with Email:
Click the "Send/Recv" button at the top of the window to check for new mail. Use the "Create Mail" button to write & send a new email. |
