Product Data Integration (PDI) is a combination of software & services that allows for the seamless integration of a company's inventory system and e-commerce marketing websites. (illustrated below)

How the Process Works
  1. We determine if an inventory integration is possible with your existing inventory software.
  2. We build a custom inventory integration between your existing inventory software and our PDI Platform. Once in place, the integration can be run automatically on a daily basis.
  3. We work with you to establish what, if anything, needs to be done to improve your existing inventory data. The data should be as complete as possible in your existing inventory system to ensure the best results.
  4. We apply for your accounts with the marketing websites on your behalf & setup each for optimal use of your inventory data.
  5. We activate your integrations and double-check the operational integrity of the data stream for a period of days.
  6. At this point, you're accounts are setup and your data is live. We can do one of the following:
    A. If you would like us to handle the marketing & account management, we will provide Internet Marketing Management services, available at an hourly fee. (hours plans available) We will continue to provide the PDI services.
    B. If you will be handling the marketing & account management, we will turn over control & responsibility of your marketing website accounts to a qualified person within your company. We will continue to provide the PDI services.
Requirements
  1. You must have a functional e-commerce website in order to benefit from PDI.
    If you do not have a website or are in need of a website more suited to e-commerce, click here for more information on our E-Commerce & Marketing Platform.
    Exception: With Amazon.com and some similar marketing websites, customer purchases are placed on the marketing company's website and do not require you to have your own site.
  2. You must have Inventory / POS software.
    Exception: PDI can be done without inventory / POS software in place, but it is not recommended. This can be done without it, with the understanding that your data will need to be maintained in a spreadsheet file and uploaded to our PDI Platform on a regular basis.
  3. You must have a valid credit card with a large enough balance on-file to be used for:
      (a) the marketing sites; deposits and/or setup fees
      (b) the marketing sites' continuing marketing/referral fees (usually per-click fees)
      (c) our setup & monthly service fees
